Las Mesas Directivas de ambas Cámaras y las Comisiones II, de las mismas y otros comisionados, representarán al Congreso en los actos conmemorativos de esas efemérides que se celebran el 20 de octubre de 1973, en Popayán, y en acto solemne entregarán al Concejo Municipal un ejemplar de esta Ley con las firmas autógrafas de los miembros de este Congreso.
