El impuesto de registro de marcas de fábrica es el que cobra el Estado por la inscripción que se hace, en la Sección correspondiente del Ministerio respectivo, de las marcas de comercio o de fábrica que emplean los industriales para distinguir sus productos, registro que se hace en los términos expresados en la ley especial sobre la materia.
