ARTICULO 45. LICENCIA SIN DERECHO A SUELDO. El Ministro de Defensa Nacional o el Director General de la Policía Nacional cuando en él se delegue, podrá conceder licencias, con justa causa y sin derecho a sueldo, hasta por noventa (90) días en el año, al personal que así lo solicite. Esta licencia podrá prorrogarse hasta por treinta (30) días más y en este caso, el tiempo de la prórroga no se computará para efectos de la actividad policial ni para el reconocimiento de prestaciones sociales.
