Los directores , administradores, representantes legales y funcionarios de instituciones financieras que utilizando fondos captados del público, los destinen sin autorización legal a operaciones dirigidas a adquirir el control de entidades sujetas a la vigilancia de la Superintendencia Bancaria, o de otras sociedades, incurrirán en prisión de 2 a 6 años.
