LEGISLACIÓN ANTERIOR

Artículo 2.2.6.3.21. Registro. El Servicio Nacional de Aprendizaje, (SENA), estará obligado a mantener actualizado el registro de aprendices, de las empresas patrocinadoras obligadas a establecer la relación de aprendizaje y el control al cumplimiento de la cuota de aprendizaje determinada a las mismas, en cualquiera de sus modalidades.
