Registro de Beneficiarios. El Instituto Colombiano de Bienestar Familiar (ICBF) reportará al administrador fiduciario del Fondo de Solidaridad Pensional, las novedades de ingreso y retiro de beneficiarios, de acuerdo con la verificación del cumplimiento de los requisitos definidos en el presente decreto y conforme con el procedimiento que para tal fin establezca el Ministerio del Trabajo.
