Art. 3º. Se le autoriza finalmente para enajenar por determinado tiempo, en licitación pública a particulares una cuarta parte de la Empresa por medio de acciones de a cien pesos ($100) cada una, las cuales darán derecho a la parte proporcional de las utilidades liquidadas, así como impondrán la respectiva obligación de contribuir a la parte proporcional de gastos.
