Separación Temporal. Cuando el Oficial o Suboficial sea condenado por la Justicia Penal Militar o la ordinaria a la pena principal de arresto, o a prisión por delitos culposos, o cuando así lo determine un Tribunal Disciplinario, será separado en forma temporal por el tiempo de condena.
