Art. 2.° El derecho a reclamar la pensión de que trata el artículo anterior comenzará a contarse desde la publicacion de esta lei; i en consecuencia las mensualidades correspondientes a la actual vijencia económica se considerarán como incluidas en el Presupuesto de gastos en curso.
