Administradora Colombiana de Pensiones (Colpensiones). La Administradora Colombiana de Pensiones (Colpensiones) es una Empresa Industrial y Comercial del Estado organizada como entidad financiera de carácter especial, vinculada al Ministerio de Trabajo, para que ejerza las funciones señaladas en el Decreto número 4121 de 2011 y en las disposiciones legales vigentes, con la finalidad de otorgar los derechos y beneficios establecidos por el sistema general de seguridad social consagrado en el artículo 48 de la Constitución Política.
