Objeto . El objeto de este decreto es compilar la normatividad vigente en materia pensional, expedida por el Gobierno nacional mediante las facultades reglamentarias conferidas por el numeral 11 del artículo 189 de la Constitución Política al Presidente de la República para la cumplida ejecución de las leyes. Asimismo, se compilan normas expedidas con fundamento en el numeral 17 ibídem, que asignaron funciones pensionales a ciertas entidades.
