Cambio de Cuerpo o Especialidad. Una vez se adopte la planta de personal de la Unidad Administrativa Especial de la Justicia Penal Militar y Policial, cada Fuerza Pública deberá entregarle los folios de vida de los miembros que hagan parte de la Justicia- penal Militar y Policial, mientras se encuentren desempeñando un cargo judicial o investigativo, lo cual constará en las actas que se suscriban para el efecto, de conformidad con el

Parágrafo 2

del artículo 68 de la Ley 1765 de 2015.
