Tarifas. Los Centros de Conciliación deberán fijar anualmente sus tarifas dentro del marco que para el efecto determine el Ministerio de Justicia y del Derecho. Sin embargo, los Centros de Conciliación organizados en las universidades, en los términos de esta ley, prestarán gratuitamente sus servicios. (Artículo 96 de la Ley 446 de 1998 que modifica el artículo 72 de la Ley 23 de 1991).
