Artículo primero. El artículo 1° de la Ley 62 de 1942 quedará así: La Nación reconoce al Municipio de Barranquilla la suma de doscientos cincuenta mil pesos ($250.000.00) moneda legal, valor de la adquisición, por el Banco Agrícola Hipotecario, del Edificio Palma, situado el Paseo Bolívar, de la ciudad de Barranquilla, conforme al artículo primero de la Ley 62 de 1942.
