Articulo 1 º Apruébase el Acuerdo número 042 del 31 de agosto de 1994 emanado de la Junta Directiva del Instituto Colombiano de Bienestar Familiar, cuyo texto es el siguiente: ACUERDO NUMERO 042 DE 1994 (agosto 31) "por el cual se delega una función". La Junta Directiva del Instituto Colombiano de Bienestar Familiar, en uso de sus facultades legales y estatutarias en especial de las conferidas por el artículo 8º del Acuerdo 102 de 1979, aprobado por el Decreto 334 de 1980 ACUERDA:
