Para computar el medio sueldo o salario de los trabajadores que no devenguen remuneración fija, servirá de base el promedio diario de lo que hubiere ganado el interesado en el último mes en que prestó servicio, o durante el tiempo que haya permanecido en el trabajo, si ese lapso hubiere sido menor de un mes.
