Las decisiones de 1a. Junta Directiva se denominarán acuerdos, deberán llevar la firma de su Presidente y de su Secretario y formarán parte integrante de las actas correspondientes. Dichos acuerdos tendrán una numeración continua que se reiniciará cada año, con indicación del día, mes y año en que se efectuó la sesión correspondiente y estarán bajo la custodia del Secretario de la Junta.
