Artículo primero. El artículo 241 del nuevo Código Penal quedará así: Artículo 241. Aplicación fraudulenta de crédito oficialmente regulado. El que con destino a actividad industrial o agropecuaria obtenga crédito oficialmente regulado y no le dé finalmente la aplicación a que está destinado, incurrirá en arresto de seis (6) meses a tres (3) años y multa de cinco mil a un millón de pesos.
