º . REGIMEN DE LOS EMPLEADOS.- En los estatutos internos de ADPOSTAL se determinará qué cargos serán desempeñados por empleados públicos. En todo caso, quienes desempeñen funciones de Director General, Subgerente, Secretario General, Consejero, Gerente Regional, Jefe de Departamento y Jefe de División tendrán la calidad de empleados públicos. Los demás funcionarios de la planta de personal tendrán la calidad de trabajadores oficiales.
