Constancia de inexistencia de registro anterior. La constancia de inexistencia de registro anterior que debe expedir el Servicio Nacional de Inscripción como requisito para la inscripción del nacimiento de los mayores de siete (7) años, no se exigirá por los funcionarios encargados del registro civil sino a partir de la fecha que determine la Superintendencia de Notariado y Registro.
