Artículo segundo. Nómbrase a la señorita Rosalba Rojas. Mecanógrafa del contrato de construcción y pavimentación, a que se refiere el artículo primero del presente Decreto, quien tendrá derecho a devengar su asignación desde el 17 de mayo de 1951, por estar prestando servicios con anterioridad a esa fecha. Comuníquese y publíquese.
