Órganos de Coordinación y Asesoría. La Comisión de Personal, el Comité de Coordinación del Sistema de Control Interno y demás órganos de asesoría y coordinación que se organicen e integren, cumplirán sus funciones de conformidad con las disposiciones legales y reglamentarias vigentes. El Ministro podrá crear comités permanentes o transitorios especiales para el estudio, análisis y asesoría en temas afines con los objetivos y funciones del Ministerio.
