Articulo 20 . El Comité Asesor de Valorización se reunirá por convocatoria de su Presidente o de su Vicepresidente, el Director Ejecutivo de la Corporación o del Subdirector de Valorización. Para instalarse y deliberar necesita la asistencia de tres (3) de sus miembros, al menos, y sus conceptos se adoptaran por la mayoría de votos de los asistentes. De las reuniones del Comité se levantaran las correspondientes actas, que suscribirán el Presidente y el Secretario del mismo.
