Art. 150. El proceso en que se haya dictado una sentencia contra la cual puede interponerse el recurso de casación se mentendrá en la Secretaría del Tribunal por el término de quince días, contados desde la notificación de la sentencia.

Durante este término la parte que quiera hacer uso del derecho de interponer ese recurso dirigirá un escrito al Tribunal, en el que expresará que lo interpone, y de signará la causal ó causales en que lo funda.
