Art. 15. De las sumas en dinero que reuna al fin de cada mes el ajente jeneral, procedentes de bienes desamortizados, pondrá aparte i remitirá a la Tesorería jeneral lo correspondiente a los gastos del ramo en el mismo mes, a fin de que sean reintegrados los pagos correspondientes hechos en la espresada Tesorería; i el resto se sacará a remate de conformidad con lo prevenído en el decreto ejecutivo de 15 de diciembre de 1868, que reglamenta estos remates.
