Artículo único. Del Tesoro nacional se le pagará al señor Antonio Figueroa la suma de setecientos pesos ($ 700) que se votó en el Presupuesto de Gastos para la vigencia de 1881 á 1882, por los sueldos que se le deben como Guarda-almacen de la Aduana de Santamarta en los meses de Setiembre de 1860 á Abril de 1861, á razón de cien pesos mensuales.
