Protección y prevención a cargo de las Administradoras de Riesgos Profesionales. Las Entidades Administradoras de Riesgos Profesionales deben implementar y desarrollar a favor de los trabajadores independientes, todas las actividades establecidas en el Decreto-ley 1295 de 1994 vinculándolo a las actividades desarrolladas en la empresa del contratante.

Parágrafo

Para la realización de actividades de prevención, promoción y salud ocupacional en general, el trabajador independiente se asimila al trabajador dependiente.
