ARTICULO 152. Abuso de autoridad por acto arbitrario o injusto. El empleado oficial que fuera de los casos especialmente previstos como delito, con ocasión de sus funciones o excediéndose en el ejercicio de ellas, cometa acto arbitrario o injusto, incurrirá en multa de un mil a diez mil pesos e interdicción de derechos y funciones públicas de seis (6) meses a dos (2) años.
