ASESORES ESPECIALIZADOS. Podrá el juez solicitar, de entidades oficiales, la designación de expertos en determinada ciencia o técnica, cuando quiera que la naturaleza de los hechos que se investigan requiera de la ilustración de tales expertos. Los asesores designados tomarán posesión como los peritos y tendrán acceso al expediente en la medida en que su función lo exija.
