Los contratos que suscriba el Fondo en desarrollo de sus actividades, salvo disposición en contrario de su Junta Directiva, no están sujetos a las formalidades que la ley exige para los del Gobierno. Sin embargo, podrá pactar el derecho de declarar administrativamente la caducidad de los mismos e incluir las prescripciones pertinentes sobre reclamaciones diplomáticas. La declaratoria de caducidad, llegado el caso, se hará por medio del Representante Legal del Fondo.
