Sanción por servicios ilegales. El Agente que por medios fraudulentos obtuviere carné o lo prestare para atención asistencial de personal que no tiene derecho a que hiciere prestar a sus familiares servicios asistenciales que no les correspondan, incurrirá en falta disciplinaria y pagará con destino a la Sanidad de la Policía, de acuerdo con la tarifa de ésta, el doble del valor de la atención que se le hubiere prestado, valor cuyo descuento será ordenado de la respectiva asignación mensual o de retiro por la Dirección General de la Policía.
