Si dentro de la actuación administrativa se demostrare la responsabilidad en la realización de actividades de pesca ilegal, además de las sanciones, los responsables deberán cubrir los gastos generados con el procedimiento de la imposición de las sanciones en que ha incurrido el Estado, tales como: transporte, almacenamiento, mantenimiento y/o muellaje, entre otros.
