La rebaja de los primeros cincuenta pesos ($50) de derechos de que trata el artículo 276 de la Ley 79 de 1931, no podrá invocarse sino dos veces al año, por un mismo interesado y siempre que hayan mediado por lo menos seis meses entre cada solicitud. Por año se entenderá el civil. Queda así aclarado el artículo 276 de la Ley 79 de 1931.
