Programa Institucional de Estímulos . Cada Superintendencia elaborará anualmente un programa institucional de estímulos, el cual estará conformado por el conjunto interrelacionado y coherente de políticas, actividades, entidades, disposiciones legales y estímulos que interactúan con el propósito de reconocer y premiar los desempeños laborales sobresalientes, así como elevar los niveles de satisfacción, motivación, desarrollo y bienestar de los empleados de las superintendencias.
