Para la cumplida ejecución de este mandato legal se crea una Junta compuesta de cinco Vocales y constituída por el siguiente personal:

Un Ministro del Despacho, designado por el Presidente de la República;

Un Vocal designado por la familia del señor Suárez;

Un Vocal designado por el Consejo Municipal de Bello;

Un Vocal designado por la Academia Colombiana de la Lengua Española, y

Un Vocal designado por la Cámara de Representantes, última corporación legislativa de que fue miembro el señor Suárez, y a la cual le correspondió hacerle justicia en sus sesiones de mil novecientos veinticinco.
