Adquisición de acciones por parte de trabajadores y ex trabajadores. Cuando el Estado enajene la propiedad accionaria de que trata el artículo 1 de la Ley 226 de 1995, los trabajadores y ex trabajadores destinatarios de las condiciones especiales a que se refiere la citada ley, podrán adquirir acciones utilizando, entre otros recursos, las cesantías disponibles que tengan acumuladas, conforme a lo previsto en el presente capítulo.
