º. A partir de la vigencia del presente Decreto, la planta de personal no uniformado de la Policía Nacional se adoptará conforme al sistema de nomenclatura, clasificación y remuneración de empleos que de manera general se aplica a los empleados públicos del orden nacional de la rama ejecutiva, previsto en el Decreto 457 de 1997 y demás normas que lo modifiquen adicionen o sustituyan.
