La exportación de libros, revistas, folletos o coleccionables seriados de carácter científico o cultural editados e impresos en Colombia, estarán exentos de todo gravamen y sólo requerirán la presentación a los funcionarios de correos o de aduanas del respectivo registro o permiso de exportación expedido por la entidad correspondiente.
