Articulo 34 . Simultáneamente con la convocatoria de elección se publicara el censo preliminar elaborado por la Corporación, fijándolo en lugar público de dicha institución, lo cual se anunciara en el mismo aviso de convocatoria. La fijación de este censo tiene como fin primordial darle oportunidad a los propietarios a que participen en el perfeccionamiento del mismo informando los posibles errores que se encuentren.
