LA TARIFA PUEDE APLICARSE SOBRE EL VALOR BRUTO DEL RENDIMIENTO. Para efectos de la retención en la fuente, los porcentajes de retención que fije el Gobierno podrán aplicarse sobre el valor bruto del pago o abono en cuenta correspondiente al respectivo rendimiento.
