Buena fe: Es un principio de derecho que presume que las actuaciones de las personas son legítimas, exentas de fraude o cualquier otro vicio. En el contexto Circular externa de los administradores, su aplicación significa que deben obrar satisfaciendo todas las exigencias de la actividad de la sociedad y de los negocios que ésta celebre, y no solamente respecto de los aspectos formales que su actividad demande. Se entiende como el obrar con la conciencia recta, con honradez y lealtad.
