Terminación de la vinculación. La supresión de un empleo o cargo como consecuencia del proceso de liquidación del Instituto Nacional de Vivienda de Interés Social y Reforma Urbana, Inurbe, en Liquidación, dará lugar a la terminación del vínculo legal y reglamentario de los empleados públicos de conformidad con el Decreto 2400 de 1968, la Ley 443 de 1998 y sus decretos reglamentarios.
