Adjudicación

Adjudicación. La adjudicación de la Medalla Cívica “Camilo Torres” será certificada por medio de un diploma que contenga la siguiente literalidad:

a)

República de Colombia Ministerio de Educación Nacional;

b)

Medalla Cívica “Camilo Torres”;

c)

El Excelentísimo señor Presidente(a) de la República confirió a la Medalla Cívica “Camilo Torres”, en categoría ___

d)

Lugar y fecha de entrega;

e)

Firma del Presidente(a) de la República y del Ministro de Educación Nacional.

Parágrafo

En la parte superior del diploma se insertará el escudo de Colombia y el anverso y reverso de la medalla; un número de orden con la referencia del folio del libro donde quedan registrados y la refrendación del Secretario General del Ministerio de Educación.
