Art 94. Lo que se establezca por el Poder Ejecutivo sobre la manera de hacer la descarga de los buques hasta poner las mercancías en la Aduana, como enteramente reglamentario, podrá variarse en la forma por los Administradores de Aduana, previa aprobación del Poder Ejecutivo, adoptando siempre las precauciones necesarias para evitar el contrabando, según la situación especial de cada puerto.
