Los Tribunales Seccionales Administrativos conocen de las apelaciones contra los autos de fenecimiento definitivo proferidos por los Tribunales de Cuentas Departamentales, siguiendo la tramitación señalada en el Código Fiscal para los asuntos análogos de que conoce el Tribunal Supremo.
