ARTICULO 30 . CAUSALES DE JUSTIFICACION DE LA CONDUCTA. La conducta se justifica y por lo tanto no da lugar a sanción cuando se comete

1.

En estricto cumplimiento de un deber legal.

2.

En cumplimiento de orden legítima de autoridad competente emitida con las formalidades legales.

3.

Por fuerza mayor o caso fortuito.

4.

Por la necesidad de proteger o salvaguardar un derecho de superior jerarquía y mayor significación social, de un peligro actual o inminente, no evitable de otra manera, que el agente no haya causado intencionalmente o por imprudencia y que no tenga el deber jurídico de afrontar.

5.

En legítima defensa.
