Declaración de las provisiones de a bordo. Las autoridades aduaneras exigirán declaración escrita de las provisiones de a bordo que se encuentren en el buque a su llegada al territorio aduanero nacional, indicando detalladamente estupefacientes para uso medicinal, tabacos y bebidas alcohólicas. Para las aeronaves no se exigirá este requisito respecto de las provisiones de a bordo que permanezcan en las mismas.
