Los juicios por contrabando á la renta que se reglamenta en este Decreto se surtirán por ante los funcionarios determinados en el decreto Legislativo número 44 de 1905 y el capítulo V del Título X del Libro III del Código Judicial y conforme al procedimiento y á las disposiciones contenidas en ellos.
