El que habiendo recibido como legítimas monedas por valor de más de un peso, se dé cuenta luégo de que son falsificadas o alteradas, y no las entregue a la autoridad en un plazo de tres días, indicando en lo posible su procedencia, será castigado con multa de cinco a treinta pesos.
