Decreto 1022 de 1992 · por el cual se reglamentan algunas disposiciones del Decreto 1213 de 1990, Estatuto del personal de Agentes de la Policía Nacional.

Informe administrativo. El informe administrativo a que se refiere el artículo 124 del Decreto 1213 de 1990, será breve y sumario para determinar si el hecho ocurrió en una de las siguientes circunstancias

Muerte simplemente en actividad;

Muerte en actos del servicio;

Muerte en actos especiales del servicio.

Parágrafo

Cuando la muerte sobrevenga en actos contra la ley o con violación de los reglamentos u órdenes superiores o como consecuencia de suicidio, para efectos de indemnización se calificará como ocurrida simplemente en actividad.
